Joanne Brading joined HomeServe as Director of Database in February 2015, having previously worked at MBNA, where she was responsible for Database Operation but also occupied a number of senior marketing positions. In 2017 Joanne was appointed Chief Marketing Officer, HomeServe Membership.
Joanne oversees Marketing at HomeServe including Acquisition, Direct Mail, Customer Loyalty and Data. Passionate about data-led marketing, Joanne implemented the revision of Customer segmentation, ensuring that HomeServe is efficiently marketing relevant information to Customers.
Graduating from Lancaster University with a BSc (Hons), Operational Research/Marketing, Joanne has since gained several marketing diplomas and an MBA, Chartered Institute of Marketing. Joanne Is married with two children and lives in Manchester.
