Home assistance provider’s contact centre shortlisted in the ‘Great Places to Work’ category in the CCA Excellence Awards

Leading home assistance provider, HomeServe, is celebrating after its contact centre was shortlisted in the prestigious CCA Excellence Awards in the Great Places to Work category.

HomeServe’s contact centre – which helps over 2m Customers every year – will find out whether it has won at a glittering ceremony in November in Glasgow, where some of the UK’s biggest companies will gather together to celebrate Customer service excellence.

The awards recognise world class professional achievement in Customer service, with a specialist judging panel of experts from a range of sectors.
