Our People are our business

If we get things right for our People then we'll most definitely get things right for our Customers.


This is my passionate belief and one that my colleagues and I share. 

Since becoming CEO in January 2014, we've been on a journey to rebuild our business from the inside out and that all started with our People. We have all of the building blocks in place; with a clear vision and set of values that have been embedded across HomeServe.

Employee engagement isn’t just a phrase we use; we truly want our colleagues to be happy in what they do. Together we’ve created an open culture where everyone’s voice is heard and if they spot something that isn’t right for our Customers then they can confidently call it out. It really is that simple; we’ve all pulled together and invested in making HomeServe the business we know it can be.  By keeping our People promises, leading by example and bringing everything together through our values is of utmost importance to all of us.

I'm very proud of what we've done and this is just the beginning. I feel that we have so many opportunities ahead of us and there’s lots more we can do. The momentum we have is phenomenal but in reality we’ve only just scratched the surface. I have no doubt though that together, we’ll take care of it!
