John Greaves was appointed Brand Director in November 2015. His responsibilities include the overall ownership of and responsibility for HomeServe UK's Brand and Reputation.

John previously worked as Director of Corporate Affairs at HomeServe Membership and also spent 12 years as Corporate Affairs Director at MBNA, prior to this John worked as Director of Public Relations at Bank of Scotland.

Building the brand from the inside out

I heard a fantastic interview with new England rugby union coach Eddie Jones on BBC 5Live recently. The reporter asked Eddie if he thought that – under his stewardship – England could win the Six Nations Championship within his first two seasons. His response was simple.
