HomeServe Labs Managing Director

Craig Foster was appointed as Managing Director, HomeServe Labs in March 2016, having joined HomeServe as Product Director in 2009 and is part of the board responsible for HomeServe’s effortless 2020 strategy.

Craig oversees a highly creative and entrepreneurial HomeServe Labs team responsible for building original solutions for the connected home. The first product to come to market from HomeServe Labs is LeakBot, which uses unique, patented technology making life easier for Customers by detecting hidden water leaks before they become big problems.

In October 2016, LeakBot won a Corporate Entrepreneur Award for best new product. The awards identify ground-breaking developments and innovative products and services across a variety of sectors including the Internet of Things (IoT).

In September 2017, the Insurance Times recognised Craig as an innovator in his field, naming him Tech Champion of the Year for his work with LeakBot and the emergence of HomeServe Labs as an early innovator.

Prior to working at HomeServe, Craig worked as Global Brand Manager for Head & Shoulders and also Head of Marketing, Mortgages and General Insurance at Halifax Plc.

Craig graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2001 with a BA (Hons) Management Studies.
